Item No: 155
Price: 85  $
Description:

The Sankha is one of the eight auspicious symbols in Tibetan culture (white conch shell) representing the blessedness of turning to the right and offering to the saints with the melodious humming of the shell. Also referred to as a dun, the white sankha is the trumpet of victory, played, in part, to ward off evil. It is said that if one Sankha is blown alone it heralds death and destruction, whereas if two are blown together, it is auspicious and heralds birth and creation.
